>my 100k is fucking worthless because my boss makes way more than me, what the fuck is the point of working if I'm not the richest piece of shit in the building?

This. Also, use your time at the company to learn how to copy the business or do something similar.

>your boss should make millions off your labor
Ah yes

That's the point of having employees. When demand in my business exceeds what I can produce with my own two hands, manpower (or automation, please) is required to tackle the queues; It's a resource. Go be a commie in /pol/ or something.

Why would I go to /pol/? That's for retarded bootlickers.

Suggesting that a small business owner does not deserve the money they make in their own establishment simply because they utilize human employees is something a bootlicker would suggest. Do you think the business owner should make the same amount of money as the lowest ranking member of the company? If no one forces you to work at any given company, who is to say what is fair and what isn't?

You're a fucking commie faggot on /biz/, why?

Business owners deserve the profits of the business entities they OWN. Hope automation comes soon to short unskilled labor like yourself.

businesses literally *need* to make extra money so they can pay off their initial costs, save up for future risks and pay for expansion.
An employee has to worry about none of that, he expects a steady paycheck every single month no matter how well the company is doing.
I dont like working for other people either but to suggest that business owners shouldnt be making "millions" as if that is too much is a commie thing to say. Millions is literally required to even open 1 more store and have any kind of wage security for that store's employees.

You’re focused, but not on the right thing. Look at your finances. Are your bills paid? How much are you able to save per month? Stop worrying about the money in another mans pocket, worry about yourself.
