Dear OP none of those by them self in particular really mater to investors.
People especially Elon himself need to understand that majority of his shareholders aren't some Tesla believers.
Big investors are a bit pessimistic realists, they see that all his companies have no profitable product currently.
Yes he makes a bit profit on Models 3 that have a lot of options on them, however he has setbacks producing those which results in cancelled orders.
And even if he makes any profit/liquidity/turnover, what does he do? He reinvests into his other ventures which cost A LOT and currently also don't have no product whatsoever.
His businesses are in such financial situation that any problem with liquidity could quickly become fatal for all of his ventures.
They seem to be back to the old situation where they don't meet their promises, and fixing that (setbacks in model 3 production) cost them A LOT.
The problem is that investors want whats best for the company, they want somebody to replace Musk as CEO because he is just over promising and doing WAY to many things at once.
Sure it is good to have guy like him with head in clouds at company, just not as CEO.
He is currently running SpaceX, Neuralink, The Boring Company (Hyperloop and Tunnel boring machines), SolarCity (subsidiary of Tesla), OpenAI (As founder) and you know what all of those have in common?
Those are just mere concepts that cost a lot of real money, and so far have no real product, not even product that loses/breaks even like Tesla in Model S days...
Tesla is his only company that could turn profit, and it is still only a small portion of huge industry also keep in mind all other manufacturers have huge backing by their respectable governments which Tesla obviously lacks.
He could make great things but I think he is playing around with too much risk there, he is much better of staying with the company at some smaller position and allowing him alongside investors choose new CEO.
