what if someone constructed a very large very simple and flat concrete grounds and basically set up a swap meet/flea market system for the grounds but allowing only food truck type of businesses to operate on the grounds. (they don't have to be food trucks, the business just has to be in a cart/truck to be easily movable and organized and neat.)
in my opinion this seems a thousand times easier to set up and clean up after the day is over because you can just wash the grounds down with water or something.

I don't get it.

Your idea is pour concrete to make a parking lot. Then have trucks filled with wares drive on, park for the day, and sell their stuff?

This is how flea markets already work..... Maybe not trucks but people drive their SUVs filled with crap to random parking lots to sell.

you're a fucking idiot

Great idea. I can come live at the parking lot if u pay me enough. I'll also buy all the food I need with crypto. We should have our own crypto at the parking lot.

>it's a heavy investment for those business owners
>most have no interest in paying additional fees for shit so they can operate
>you want to set up a permanent space you would need really convenient and affordable land
>if you had said real estate, most reasonable people would just turn it into a parking lot/garage and charge the goyim many shekels to keep their shit there
>I still don't know how you would profit from this, given the investment of that kind of land unless you want to own it for like a hundred years

San Francisco already had this food truck lot that sounds pretty similar to what you described last time I visited. Had some decent tacos there

A big issue with this is people start selling illegal, "stolen" intellectual property goods at these types of places (trademarked goods, etc.) so the places end up getting raided by the cops

Guess who's responsible under the eyes of the law for policing the premises for "stolen" IP? You'll end up footing a bill for their bullshit

i think i see the problem now. i didn't mention my idea for this project was if the entire infrastructure of a city was set up like this to enforce more space efficiency on non essential businesses while simultaneously simplifying them down to food trucks to give start up businesses a chance to compete with the big franchises. This way essential businesses like farms, hospitals etc can have all the infrastructure and land they need in society. essentially the point of my idea was to segregate the mc donalds's and walmarts down to easily accessible food truck parking lots.

>>11052076
oh well if you're just going to engineer a whole fucking society I guess we were the ones who were off base.

>> No.11052186

also it is 1000x easier to recycle/part out/buy/sell a food truck than it is to re purpose or demolish a wal mart sized buildings. also the energy savings of not having to heat/cool/light up buildings compared to a mobile business would be better too.
