but at that time we also were hyping 2nd layer upgrades, it was the classing buy the rumor sell the news
I would guess 2nd layer needs to work, and the rumors of next applications on top of that will drive the next bullrun

Well it can recover if you can pump out 48000 scam icos and bring the people to buy them for ETH but i doubt they didn't learn their lesson from 2017
