What do you guys think of the family larper who mentioned Affirm? I've been digging around in the archives and haven't found hardly any discussion on the topic, and he mentioned that it was rarely ever discussed on biz. This is one of the only reasons I started to believe him...

The paypal logo on the Chainlink website would imply that these two are connected somehow since Max, creator of Affirm, is the paypal founder as well. I'm pretty sure Sergey and Max follow each other on twitter also.

Im pretty skeptical of larps regarding link as we have all been burned before, but this dude was constantly talking and answering questions, not sure why but I slightly believe him. I was wondering what you guys think of Affirm and how this could be connected to Link, as well as the validity of the family larper.

that has nothing to do with chainlink.
link is a term they use in a salesforce marketplace for quite a while

Any thoughts on the whole rest of the post?

its interesting the paypal connection but can't really get excited over such a small "coincidence".

Mostly I'm thinking that his mentioning Affirm, which hasn't really been discussed at all according to the archives, confirms his story as being close to the team. If it was a larp, how tf would he know to mention affirm specifically, especially with the connections that it already has to Paypal, since the Paypal logo is on the Chainlink website. Definitely spooky imo, guess we will just have to wait a couple weeks to find out if his story was true.

The larper said he was back visiting family in the Midwest (I think Michigan counts).

I gave the larper advice which he responded to but interestingly he didn’t reply to my actual question which was about Dan Kochis. Both advice and question were in the same post.

The only person from the team that I can find with a Midwest connection is Mr Kochis.

But this is all irrelevant because the Larper was Larping

Because he did a little research?
The other day there was a thread looking into the connections between paypal and chainlink
He probably digged a bit and found this, and he knew you faggots would eat it up

But why?

No one has discussed affirm on biz before, you would have to know what you're looking for to find a connection from Affirm to Link. Maybe I'm deluded, but I kinda believe him with Dreamforce right around the corner..
