Well it's in a bear market because there's orderly, stair stepping down in price action. It didn't fall because of manipulation, it fell because it was a low volume rising channel which typically breaks down, and ran out of steam at 7400. Probably because the big money that started the pump was the ones selling around then, and once they got their fills drop the price down. You could call it manipulation or simply the price action which is what it is
