There are tens of thousands of API’s that currently exist, and the API market is growing at an exponential rate.

As the value of the LINK token increases, companies will be competing with one another to run nodes that have enough LINK staked in them to have a high reputation and compete for jobs.

IMPLICATIONS:

1. The price of LINK will be driven higher as companies look to push others out of the market and solidify their positions.

2. A reduced circulating supply leads to greater token price.

3. Services will be created designed to attract LINK holders to nodes requiring LINK tokens - on top of sharing staking rewards by offering high-percentage payouts, luxury vacations, watches, and cars will also be the norm for those who can contribute about 10-20K (the maximum amount required for high reputation without diminishing returns).

So I’ll ask you one last time, are you going to sell your LINK?

Bitcoin peaked at 17k, eth peaked at 1k... Link will peak at like 50 then fall back down to 0. This is mathematical truth

By the time the network gets used all the banks and shit will use their own decentralized oracles copy and pasted from link, like all the private eth ripoffs they're doing now
You don't need to be smart to see this is very basic. It's not fud, just reality of competitive business

I have 10k link and will never have less. Never selling.

It's an open source erc20 json parser do you really think the banks will rely on it to transfer trillions of dollars every minute... They'll use it to test the waters but by 2020 link will already be obsolete

Its just basic common sense, are you really not worried about this? Eth wasn't a 5 years hold, just 2 years. It's all moving so quick

When you see low-effort comments like that you should just filter out their unique ID. The first comment should've made you aware already

I wonder how expensive paid APIs will be. Can't be bothered to look into examples right now

Everything you just said is literally wrong.
