I am a web dev at a small company, I make $55,000 with full ins benefits. I have been having more and more of my work done by indians remotely via job sites done every day for the last 3 months. Now basically all I do is come in, spend 30 mins lining up work for the day, another 15mins typing out what I want done and then 20mins at lunch checking on it, then another half hour just before 5pm copying and pasting all their work over to my server at the end of the day. It's been costing me $25 per day

yes, I go over it before and test it at the end of the day though.

no, I started doing this via paying for graphics and photo editing for our sites on fiver and then just started doing more and more html and css and stuff through them. While I am not telling them exactly what I am doing I am paying for this stuff via company funds and have been telling the owners. "I am spending more time looking over how we spend money on facebook ads/adwords and our return on that and doing A/B testing on landing pages and less time doing every little bit of coding myself and would like to hire people under me so i can focus more on that if it goes well" and they think this is a good idea

they just don't exactly know i am paying indians and eastern europeans
