I put 50% down on my house and mortgaged the rest, 15years@3%. The mortgage payment with tax and insurance is about 1000 dollars and I make about 18000 a month.

I'm in Asia being a glorified dancing monkey 'teacher' for slanty eyed gook kids.

I fucked up majorly by neglecting uni classes when I was in my mid-20s and got kicked out (with only 2 years left to graduate), and I've been here ever since.

On the plus side I had over $10,000 saved at one point and I've fucked a lot of girls, but I spent all my shekels being a NEET for five or six months and trying to get an online business going or investing in crypto, which failed.
