I've bought one of these because I keep being told not to leave on exchanged. I feel like I've been scammed though... Also how the fuck do I get my ERC20 tokens onto the thing??

It’s an IQ test. Sub-100 can’t use hardware wallets.

>> No.10956961

Use MyEtherWallet, for example, and you can then open one of the ETH wallet addresses from the Ledger.

I fucking love my Ledger, I pretty much only use it for ETH-related stuff, but it's so much easier than copypasting private keys all over the fucking place.

If you own $200 in crypto of course.
When you own more than $100k it makes no sense not to buy one. Nobody will do the work of signing their transaction from an offline computer and transferring with the usb key, that's just stupid.

Ledgers are a fucking Godsend.

I price locked 12 BTC when it was near the top, almost $19k.

I'll never get why market cucks skip the ledger and can't lock in their gains. Sitting real comfy here knowing i can flip my BTC anytime for over twice the current value.

You didn't read the instructions, did you brainlet?
I'll help you out this once. You download ledger live, install it, plug your ledger into the usb and write down the seed onto the card provided (you will want to keep this in a very private place, I suggest a safe behind a fake wall, guarded by some sort of mythological beast, such as a Minotaur or your girlfriend)
Next create a pin code, which being an obvious brainlet you will want to memorise somehow. You should then be able to use it with myetherwallet to store ERC20 tokens.
