I have read the article, and the only thing he was ( a bit) opposed to was the use of the BoltDB database and not the PostgreSQL database. Even then both have their own strengths and weaknesses, so try better at your Fud next time.

I am a bit more worried by his opinion on the possible security risks involved with keeping a node open to the public internet, listening on the same port as the main UI/GUI.
