Anyone that is paid an hourly wage for their services, trading their efforts for a set wage. No matter how hard they work, they get paid the same amounts. Thats the irony.

For example, if I start a law office and bill clients for my work, they have no idea to tell how much I worked for and will generally compensate me for my productive output based on the quality of work I do. That means im not a wagecuck and my output is what I am compensated for. I can hire employees (wagies) to do the grunt work and collect the spread, because I have a system in place.
