when i was a freshman I worked at a supermarket. It wasn't even that bad a couple of my friends worked there too so we fucked around a lot and had food fights with deli meat lol. I hooked up with a few 7/10 - 8/10 cashiers. Even got some noodz and shit. Also did a decent amount of drugs. It was pretty fun desu. Much more fun than the wagecucking I'm currently suffering through

Waiting tables is not so bad if you have the most basic level of people skills. Depends on where you are, but it can easily be $20+ an hour, and you might only claim half of what you get. It is definitely work though, can't sit around browsing YouTube, generally non-stop running around for a few hours during rushes.
