The hashrate has been pretty consistent since the hard fork and there's another one coming up shortly. I don't expect to see another hashrate drop like we did previously because there aren't any ASICs mining cryptonight v7.

green above blue line + much higher fluctuations on the uptrends as the marketcap goes up. xmr has looked bullish on paper for the last year throughout the bearmarket. there just literally hasn't been money in the market to make it explode. Less total supply than BTC, more secure, more anonymous + recent news + institutional investment = mooning and never returning.
