Once you already have a position in a stock, all you had to do was modify a stop limit and just modify it up everday. WEED was practically green for like 2 weeks. Can't imagine why the fuck you would not put a stop limit on a stock that could go down 10% or even 20% in a single day once all the hype dies down. Having SL makes sense if you are trading individual companies, especially more risky plays as there is always a chance their stock could go to zero.

Putting SL on indices like SPY is just pure retarded though. Markets always go up and can never crash to zero, even if the golden bulls decide to take a break for a year or two.
