This is the smartest move you could possibly make. To make it you only need a big brain, and an even bigger balls.

If you are willing to wait until 2020-2025 why wouldn't you just gradually accumulate with money you earn from income as opposed to taking out a loan? If you assume 2020 is in ~20 months, that comes out to just $15 a day that you need to put away to accomplish the same goal.

You're literally paying (likely double digit) interest on virtually nothing, the point of a loan is short term, to get something NOW. You are going to wait until the loan reaches maturity at which point you will have paid ~$1,000.

Jesus christ this is the most retarded fucking post I have ever read, I just keep re-reading it to myself while typing out this post, absolutely infuriated that people this retarded exist. And its so typical you're holding LINK too, only someone this fucking mentally handicapped could make such choices.

To frens seriously considering this... please first invest in the book "Antifragile" by Nassim Taleb. Don't get yourself into a situation where you can get completely rekt without a means of mitigating your risk. You CAN still significantly increase your potential upside without totally risking destroying yourself.

This implies that there will be a singular point in which link will moon. That won't be the case. It will go up and down and up and down and up and down. He will be able to pay off the loan comfortably in less than a year.

His 5 year range insinuated that he is planning for a moon starting roughly in 2020. I can see how you would think my proposed model suggest a linear rate of growth, but such is not the case. It would actually still be more convenient to accumulate over time because buying in within one time period increases your risk exponentially, especially since we aren't even at the end of the downtrend (I'm not a permabear, but lets be fucking honest for one second, we are still making lower highs & lows) . All of this on top of the fact that most people are in agreement that the next bull run in crypto wont be until 2019-2020, so he would still be better off saving his income. On top of this he put all his money in a risky shitcoin instead of at LEAST diversifying properly.

I'd say the chance of him killing himself is substantially higher than are his changes of getting rich off this idea. And I say that not because $10,000 is a lot of money, but because he clearly overleveraged.

yeah it's so risky taking a shot on a potential game changer with a $5000 loan. you must lead an exciting life anon! absolute worst case scenario it goes to zero and you have to work a few months to pay it off. oh no. best case, you sell 10% of your stack when it equals principle. taking out a small loan to buy the bottom of link if you have no cash is literally the definition of low risk, high reward.

i can just imagine some poor cunt who has balls the size of raisins, like yourself, sitting poor when link moons and they didn't have any cash to buy any meaningful stack at the bottom, while their peers took a mickey mouse loan out to buy a 20k stack and are now millionaires.

the only reason i took the loan out is because i just spent two years traveling the world after quitting my $200k/yr engineering job, which if I really want, i can go back to at any time. so don't worry about me thanks, i'll be fine. i also bought link at .20 so I'm already up over 50% on my big scary risky investment. if you're not an idiot, taking out a small loan to take advantage of clear opportunities is perfectly fine. also, not sure where you read the word exciting in my post, i was directing it towards you and since you're a boring cunt who probably jerks off to risk management schemes, that word wouldn't be found anywhere. lastly, i hope you realize how you look right now using adjectives like fat and Russian to give investment advice, lmfao. eat shit faggot

I am. Here's what I do (roughly):
>Buy an Eth.
>Use Nexo.io to borrow an additional Eth.
>Stake that additional Eth in a MakerDAO, CDP, get DAI
>Use DAI to buy something I know is about to pump. Do the trading thing.
>Pay down the CDP. Once cleared, I now have an Eth plus profit.
>Add Eth to the Nexo.io stack (OBV interest deducted), repeat.

Why bother with the Nexo step? Because you can get a debit card, so I can access profits without cashing out. Oh yeah, and the Nexo token is a good hold, passive income from loan fees (Maker is too of course). Obviously, a high risk strategy until you really get things.
