You know.. there was actually a time when biz was smart and promoted Waltonchain instead of bashing it.

If im honest I’m sceptical of the project. I researched it in-depth a while back. It just seemed like too much to take on for a crypto start up. In a too good to be good type of way. I might just have to start looking at this again.

I got tipped off on Waltonchain here back in Sept 2017 and picked up a fat bag just before the initial pump.

the biggest issue with the china hustle documentary and using that as a means to fud, is that it was US bankers were the ones that were most responsible for the scam. so nice try

otherwise. yea this is prob one of the better projects out there. forgot about it a while back but picked up 2 masternodes at around 2.50 last week. Can easily see this being top 10 by 2020 if they deliver on half of their roadmap, which also is the longest one out there.

There was also a time when BTC was pushing $20k and the threads on this board were more about buying lambos instead of eating rice and beans. Funny how times change.

>> No.10842134

Have to be honest, this crypto has really close ties with the South Korean Government, its actually scarcely close. Don't know if this is a good or bad. It's certainly a legit project but all these ties with South Korean makes me wonder if there is something more going on in the background that they simply are not telling us.

Ive been following it for the past few weeks, and first they created the Walton school which was government backed, then they were given a seat on a government blockchain board, few week later they were working with Matrix-AI and government to set blockchain laws and now it looks like they have secured funding which will be outlined in the South Korean budget.

I'm really on the fence with this one, they seem to be in all the right places, but I'm just not sure. Will have to do more research.

I got into Walton during the valentines competition fud. If there’s a group of people out there worth going to such lengths to try and damage something, it’s worth looking into. Did my research and was blown away. There’s no doubt this project is as solid as you get.

It's enough to mention the KSA as counter argument of the "china hustle" fud, why should a whole country invest (and announcing it in the public) in a chinese company if there is the smallest chance of a scam? There is no other blockchain project which has similar partnerships as Waltonchain, and you can verify all of them online. Jump over your ego if you sold wtc as a loss last year (which was your fault believing the fud), if you trade with emotions you'll always lose money.

Same. But then I realised how many subsidiaries are associated with them and how they are seen in the academic world. Not only are they seen as leaders due to individual team member’s qualifications, but their individual reputation within their respective industries carries a ridiculous amount of weight.

The fact they are setting blockchain standards in China AND Korea should ring those good sort of alarm bells. The bells that tell you you’re not investing as much as you should.
