That means you aren't working to your full potential. Do you have a job? Does it pay well? What skills have you learned?

Give us your age, weight, and resting heart rate. If you don't know your resting heart rate, buy a fitbit HR. You can also get a Polar H7 strap on heart rate sensor.

Every morning after you wake up, use your Polar H7 sensor to measure your baseline heart rate and your heart rate variability. Let us know the results.

Basically, if you're anxious all the time t's because your sympathetic nervous system is overactive. It won't shut down. Your parasympathetic nervous system is not successfully recovering your body from stress. This should result in a HIGHER resting heart rate and a LOWER heart rate variability.

Do whatever possible to decrease your resting heart rate and increase your HRV and you will see your anxiety disappear.

Thank me l8r.

>Do whatever possible to decrease your resting heart rate and increase your HRV
How to do this:
1. Meditation, 20 min daily. (activates the parasympathetic nervous system)
2. Deep breathing and slow breathing exercises (same effect)
3. 45 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times a week. If you can't run, go the gym and use an elliptical. If your muscles are inflamed, rest and don't exercise that day.
4. Eat healthy.
5. Take aminoacid supplements or protein shakes. Stress converts your body's amino acids into glucose for extra energy. As a result, it depletes your body's resources. If you are too stressed, your digestive system won't work as well, so no matter how much kale you eat you won't be able to absorb all the nutrients in it. So you'll have to supplement your diet until you get that anxiety under control.
6. DO NOT try to reduce your anxiety. This will only make you more anxious. You cannot successfully control the autonomic nervous system. You have to learn to live with it and manage it.
