I spent maybe 10 years of my life with so many hours on pointless video games. Since 2 years I realized reading charts, position management and everything else is similar to Civ or Starcraft

You need to plan your resources, handle your troops and so on but instead of building archers you ride the waves. Instead of collecting more gold, you allocate 5% per trade

Why are you still in the NEET trap, biz? Start with this book https://www.amazon.com/Trading-Zone-Confidence-Discipline-Attitude/dp/0735201447

I think we are a bunch to relate to your experience. I approach trading as a game and this is the only way we should aboard it. Don’t invest more than you are willing to lose, learn about risk management (never go all-in) and know where your stop will be BEFORE entering.

get out of this thread if you are going to spam this meme

of course it can be luck but learning to handle your emotions while 10% down, never give up, always have discipline about your capital and so on is a great way to learn more about yourself too

you are not wasting time playing videogames, you are using your brain playing stuff that you like, improving yourself in areas required for trading

that was basically my point yes, it's a good next step. Expected money value from video is 0 upside

i like games because it tickles those reward centers of building shit
trading doesn't build shit, it's the definition of zero sum
oh wee gee i'm "building" my nest egg of shitcoins... meh. you do that. i find more satisfaction in building a business and delivering value to other people, not even as a moral thing, it just feels more secure and less stressful

well playing ranked games is basically the same as trading, one winner for each loser.
