Work towards leverage.
I apprentice right now and go to night school on top of it. Some days, I truly hate my life and wonder what the fuck I am doing.
In 3-4 years? I will have enough leverage to either go out on my own or get a job anywhere in the country if I stay on track with my plan.

Build a plan for leverage. If the average job listings and hierarchies don't give you much rope to climb up, you have to be creative or the rope will slowly wrap around your neck.

>cope with wagecucking

Knowing the fall is coming? Luckily for me wage cucking consists of turning up to work and doing whatever I like, and occasionally fixing other peoples mistakes.

People don't know at all. They're unable to process their Starbucks order not being ready in five seconds while their SSRI-ridden brain blows fractals in 50 different directions as they poke thumbs at their "Insta." You spend enough time watching people and working with them these days, you start to entertain Descartes' worry that everybody walking around is a mannequin stuffed with straw.

I think it's too late. People will have to learn just how bad this world can be. They honestly believe the majority of humanity is capable of reason and deliberation, and that all of these prohibitions we've blown up the last 50 years didn't have a practical purpose to them.

The ills to come are terrifying. The rich think they can escape. How about when hospitals in dead New England mill cities start closing and leaving tens of thousands of sub-literates from 4th century Africa and South America trying to manage on their own? How's that plague and disease going to look?

One starts to wonder if this was deliberate; it really starts to look like a Trojan Horse got in a while back and the black blossom is now appearing.

I would say less than 1%. And even those who start a job which was their hobby/passion before they probably get to hate that shit quickly.

Think of your favorite hobby and ask yourself if you'd be happy doing it for money 8-10h a day for 45 years, knowing that you HAVE to do it in order to pay the bills and everything is under some faggot's supervision.

Even fucking 8+ sluts everyday for hours would get boring after a while.
Humans aren't supposed to do the same BS 8-10h everyday for years. That's why childhood was so interesting because every day was different, same in cavemen times, every day was a challenge, something occupying your brain with new inputs

>> No.10824648

I couldn't handle full-time hours. It's just crushing. What eventually worked is reducing to a 30 hour work week and making up the difference by day trading. Made the switch after learning everything I could about stock trading and doing it surreptitiously on the job for three years before I was confident enough in my abilities to rely, at least partly, on the income. I'm decent at day trading and have been able to surpass the money I lost by reducing my hours. Much happier now and thinking about dropping my hours down to 24 soon. The job is really more of a safety net in case of catastrophe rather than my 'career' now.

What an absolutely pathetic way of looking at the world, spoken like a true defeated loser who knows his place in life. I've worked menial jobs in my youth too, but I don't anymore because I wasn't content with mediocrity my entire fucking life. People that are fucking disgust me, literal revenue units that exist solely to make profit for their corporations and shareholders, good little goys who go through life consuming the garbage companies produce and doing menial wageslave tasks, all the while aware life is passing them by and unaware of how to deal with it. Absolutely revolting. Imagine having a life so devoid of meaning you need to create a fucking child just to feel like you've done something with your life.

Op, I know exactly how you feel and I felt it for a couple of years until I discovered bouldering. I used to lift and had a lot of fun bodybuilding but bouldering is much more rewarding. Just find something you like and that makes you excited to wake up and pursue. The biggest challenge is finding the passion to pursue.
