Almost all business is horrible. Don't open any business unless you have a major advantage.

Why did you ever come here?

> Why do you ask about hotel ownership?
> Apply no logic
> Expect answers

Hotels is about land ownership. Ideally, the land appreciates in value. Have you consider what the occupant rate might need to be based off of your purchase price? Probably not.

Figure your shit out or don't come back.

I mean business are like German sport cars, they're money drains. If you want to establish a profitable hotel you first need a good location. A historical city, a beautiful landscape are a good start. But then you need to research the projection on the neighborhood it's in. You don't want to have a hotel in the middle of a gang dispute. Lastly you're going to have to find something that will make your hotel unique, because if you get the last few point correct. You'll face fierce completion with other hotels.

So many factors to calculate this, nobody can awnser your general question.

What is price of the building?
Price of staff?
How many rooms?
Where are you located?
Country?

The building is paid for, assuming that would be an asset, not a cost. I'm thinking 50-75 rooms, near a heavy tourist center in the midwest United States
