They are very different from Pattaya. Its developed with some of the highest cost of life in the world. There are plenty of millionaires in the three cities.

Tokyo is more conservative/traditional so if you just want to party / sleep around I would say Seou/Shangail but it wont be as easy as Pattaya (depends on your money, height, attractiveness ofc).
