How many of you have actually made money here?

Or is it like /fit/ where most of the browsers are sweatpants wearing people who don't exercise enough?

I bought $1,000 in Bitcoin at the first "China crash" of last year. It 3x'd at $12,000. I added $2K more fiat, and bought REQ at 4 cents. Then, the real run began. I flipped and fucked up and did all sorts of bad and good trades all the way up to $60K. Then, I held. Alllll the way down to that first crash, and panic sold around $9K, at $22K. I paid off my credits cards, and YOLO'd in the final $8K in cash in May. I turned that into $22K. I just YOLO'd in that $22K late July, and turned it into $12K. I sold low. Feels bad, but eh..... basically, $3K to $40K.

Can't complain.

Half the board work at tech/fin companies and make bank. The other half are genuine poorfags who are risking their life savings on crypto gambles.

initial 15k$ june 2017, put like 20k into bitfinex in october and went ham on margin longing in that bullrun. turned the 20k into fucking 800k peak while having no clue about trading, just all in long all the time. made like 50k every day for a week, and on a single day i made 200k. then, lost almost everything in the flash crash on december 23rd. had a 1 million$ position open and got liquidated, -700k$. after that i started to educate myself about trading but fuck me, i was high for 2 weeks straight after that crash to cope. now i'm at $200k with steady small gains and 100k cashed out to my bank account in december. i there's ever gonna be another bullrun, which i'm pretty sure of, i'll be set for life

I've been in the crypto game since 2012. Unfortunately I didn't have the funds or foresight to buy a shitload of BTC at $5 but figured out how to trade and have been literally living off trading for the past 5 years, paid off my student loans and bought my parents a house last year. Working on packaging my bot-trading strategy as a product this year.

I'm 33 I've never sent a CV anywhere but I can only "buy" people kind of trainwreck, knew it forever and I think I keep coming because I crave being unwanted. I was married, argued with my wife, she drove to a forest she took out the seatbelt and she hanged herself with it.
