Hal Finney was Satsohi Nakamoto period.

His neighbor was named Dorian (Satoshi) Nakamoto. Satoshi stopped posting online regularly when Hal was in the final stages of his disease and started spending his time exclusively with his family. He stopped posting entirely after Hals death with his very last post being to try and clear his neighbor of being Satoshi.

Hal was Satoshi.
