Not unless you have millions already. Even the best forex traders make only 30-40% in a typical year. These are the people working at Goldman/JPM, who have access to mountains of information. Sure there will be years where they make 2-3X their money, but those are typically once in a decade if not less.

Being a poorfag inexperienced trader expecting to make 50%+ a year is idiotic. Im not saying its impossible, in my first 5 years as a trader, I made ~63% annualized after fees. That didnt change the fact that I had <50K on my account, so it didnt mean shit.

Forex is difficult to profit from in general because the factors that affect it are numerous and complicated, coupled with movements that are very small. You either put a lot of cash at risk or you use leverage and margin generously. It’s just not the glamorous market you think it is. I don’t know where people get this enchantment about it from

I just did my very first ever investment into Cryptocoins earlier today
I don't know how this market works on the long run so I just bought a small amount of Ethereal because it was cheap and seemed like a good choice, I'm going to keep an eye on it to see if I can double my initial investment and hopefully learn enough about the downs and lows of this market so I can maybe one day earn a bit more money on the side

Forex is so easy to predict, especially on major pairs like the EURUSD. Have you even seen the movements of these markets? It's actually so slow that you need leverage to even profit from them. Major currencies move around 0.10-0.20% per day at best. If you want to make money in forex there are quite a lot of things you have to understand from fundamental perspective (monetary policy, interest rates, export/import, NFP/CPI reports, currency correlations,..)

And the second thing is market sentiment and technical analysis.

Always swing trade and let the money come into you, trade major levels and confirmations.

All being said - short EURUSD in the range of 1.14 - 1.15, because it just broke 1.15 level and this little pullback from 1.13 level is where the liquidity for big short positions will be used.
