Best wing recipe: trim as much skin as possible. Lightly coat in flour/starch mix. Bake at 450. Pull out when close to down. Sauce in pan already hot, toss with wing, finish in oven 20 minutes.

Delicious and way better than fried.

I'll probably get roasted for this, but hear me out. I believe that India and China aren't comparable. In China, despite there being a lot of inflated numbers and shit, it's still a highly centralized administration with a well oiled bureaucratic machine. Yes there is still lots of corruption that is against the party line, but the most egregious offenders eventually get jailed when it becomes an embarrassment for the party.

India on the other hand is like the Wild West. My opinion of India as a place to do business was irrevocably damaged when I found out that the reason the Formula One Grand Prix ceased there was because some local government authority, trying to get their fingers in the pie, wanted to tax the F1 cars as road cars.Apparently every local authority seeing rupees just pulled this kind of shit, to the point where Formula One and Bernie Eccelstone, the man who was totally cool with running a Grand Prix while there was Arab Spring protests and human rights abuses going on in Bahrain 1 hour away from the race finally conceded to the teams and prematurely ended F1's run in India.

Just for comparison, there is still a Brazilian Grand Prix, a Chinese Grand Prix, I expect the Russian Grand Prix will continue for many years.
maybe I'm extrapolating this one data point too far, but it strikes me that the syncretic nature of India's administration just makes it a worse place to do business than China.

I don't know much about Indians
The huge market meme was the trap the chinks have promoted in order to steal whities' money and technology

But truth be said, I don't much about Indians

Oh, and how is this for Bureaucratic Bungling - four years after the last event they still are chasing F1 for 14 million dollars in back taxes that were supposed to be paid by the promoter. While also forbidding the promoter from deducting taxes in the form of payments to F1's management body. How is it that the country of Kautilya create such a bureaucratic quagmire!?

https://www.forbes.com/sites/csylt/2017/07/12/formula-one-burns-up-14-8-million-tax-bill-on-indian-grand-prix/#45fd2df9aae2

The Grand Prix was meant to generate 170m in revenue and employ thousands of people, but let's fuck that up to get our sticky fingers in the till for a few million.
I don't know if this reflects negatively on Indian people (which is as vague a term as saying 'Europeans' or 'Syrians' because multi-ethnic) but it certainly makes me sour to the prospects of orderly investment opportunities on the Sub-Continent.

Meanwhile in China, there is someone holding the stick, there is someone in charge - it's still nowhere near as transparent as the west - but it's streaks ahead of India IMO.

Absolutely. And that browser thing speaks to the heart of an interesting problem about China. The lack of indigenous innovation.

It's always struck me that if you look at the most valuable brand names in the world, and if you strike out airlines, almost all of them are from the US, Europe, or Japan. The Japanese do do innovation, but more importantly they know how to market it.

China on the other hand, do these boldfaced lies because 'muh patriotism' yet are just copying and duplicating. That wouldn't be so bad, after all, what's so innovative about Apple or Coca Cola or Nike? Except - no one is saying:
>'fuck me I NEED a Huwai phone'
>'man when I make it I don't want an Italian Lambo or a german Merc... I want a Chinese GREAT WALL motor

I think it is easy to fall for the "stronk communist leader" meme
China gives on air of total and absolute control which makes me believe they are on the verge of losing it because of so many problems lurking underneath

Besides, I believe order doesn't entirely come from laws but from the people themselves : how were they educated, what are their belief, their fundamental values etc
And the chinks are all about profits, struggles and trample over each other for gains.

Look up the the milk power scandal in China
Really, putting melamine in milk power for babies to achieve better margins ??? even if there are no laws against this would you really do this as a human being ? The chinks didn't fucking care

Hahaha

I have talking about my thoughts about countries' ability to create NARRATIVES

I am fond of the nips for example

They can instill lots of values in most of their doings. Even if a Japanese product is fundamentally very simple, they can still sell it for a higher price. (Japanese exporters can often justify higher margins than their foreign peers)

Just for a second the impact the Japanese on the world :
- gaming consoles
- manga and animu
- thei cuisine

And now the chinese impact:
- cheap shit
- fake shit

It has very nice margins (operating margin is 20%)

MATW is the underdog. Margins are less impressive (7% of operating margin) but they seem to make up for it in their top line growth (+11% in the past 5 years vs +5% for SCI). But I didn't look up the absolute figures of the growth.

I have to agree with you on this. A direct line to the president is never a bad thing regardless of how good or bad a he is at his job. It allows one to interpret news regarding the president without having to put up with Fox or CNN's propaganda. It's liks trimming the fat.
Only bad thing is when he tweets something that has to do with foreign relations as that usually causes the stock market to go volatile for the better half of a day. You'd think investors would be used to it right now as one of the strengths of the free market is its adaptability, but that isn't the case in this moment of time.

4. Make it impossible for any timely controls to be put in place
Therefore
5. Guarantees massive increase in corruption and degraded economic performance for everyone except the most psychopathic.

Well, I did my DD on it and I believe in its narrative and papa Melo getting things done

Also, some retarded math :
yesteday's closing price was $7.5
yesterday's shares outstanding was 50.4M
Today, a AMRS bagholder exercised his warrants and get 10.5M shares and gave AMRS
46M

The new SO is 60.9M. A 21% dilution, which gives a new SP of $6.

The cash infusion is equivalent to $0.76 per share

Which means, if all things equal, the fair market price should be $6.75 per share.

Also, $46M cleans up a bit AMRS balance sheet and I am way less afraid of any impending liquidity issue. The stock is risky but the potential is yuuuge

yea 2016 election was similar to JFK vs Nixon

everyone who heard the debates on radio thought Nixon was better and deserved to win, while everyone who watched the debate on tv thought JFK was better and should win

and then JFK won, proving that the new media format trumps(pun not intended) the old media format

one could argue that erdogan used twitter to survive the coup aswell, instantly proving that he was alive, and instantly getting in contact with, and sending messages to his supporters
