I read it when I was like 16 I think. Good book if you are just getting "redpilled" about money/life/work. Basically the book is aimed at kids I think. Personally idc if he had the rich dad or not. Every kid should read a book like this. Funny thing is that I heard about it when a woman from the rich dad company came to my school giving a lecture to my class. Basically btfo ing wagecucks and telling that if you want big money you have to make your own firm and let your money work for you. Didn't look like my classmates gave a shit though.

4 hour work week will give you some parameters to work with.
-you must be one of, and therefore understand your target market
-you need 5-10x profit margin (I'm settling for 2x but there is expansion opportunities in my niche)
-try to sell @ $50-$120 so you get a decent marketing budget (basically impossible to be profitable if you only make .10 per sale)

I wasted a lot of time coding apps, you need a profit margin in order to advertise, which is key for growth. These elements are all ignored in consumer apps with the tech venture capital culture which I consider cancerous. That industry is all about speculative flips which just annoys me. There is something really great about having an invention, communicating it to others, and then making a sale. This you don't see in app development (maybe turbotax type apps yes)

i have a business idea anons...
in the modern world more and more realizes there must be a way to conveniently and in a trustless manner to manage / handle their digital legacy.

which could include crypto wallets and whatnot.

so i want to make a service that is basically free to use for most people but it has a few paying features like sms alerts or phone call alerts or execution of will service which most people will simply not use.

the site would allow you to upload your digital legacy in "treasure boxes" which are basically encrypted binary files the site can not access the contents of. the site will further encrypt them to increase security and store them in a big cloud service that has high reliability.

so you give the key to decrypt your treasure boxes and the links to download them to your relatives. and when they try to download it the site alerts you there is a period where you can reset the download with a click after you logged in and have a talk with said relative about accessing your favorite porn collection or btc cold wallets before you died.

obviously the site offers key sharing mechanisms and maybe downloading the digital legacy is a paying service by default. there is a small fee that can be optionally payed up front when you upload it. not sure about that but somehow it needs to generate some cash flow and pay for the infrastructure.

you can provide description and funny pictures for your treasure boxes that hint about their content but that's just some sugar not important.

the question that i can't decide is how much client side software support it would require. i mean you can just zip something with a password and upload via http to the site and set grace period and warnings and generate access links and share the keys and links with your loved ones it's that simple in the core. but i have a nagging feeling most people in td would not use it because it's too complicated for them.
