It would actually cause a short term bear because once Bitmain shuts down and it is inevitable at this point BTC loses a lot of hashing power.

In the long term it will be fine as more miners are going to pick it up and difficulty will adjust but in the short term it won't be great. Assuming of course he doesn't try to kill BTC on the way out being the greedy and angry chink that he is .
