Pro: The only totally free, nearly instant "money" transaction coin that currently exists. It's actually fucking amazing how fast you can send Nano with 0 fees.

Con: Not proven at scale, security unknown, lots of competitors in the space

Your call, anon. I'm staying away, too big of a risk profile for my tastes... but I do think Nano COULD be the true future of money on the blockchain assuming it's totally secure.

no incentive to run a node, thus security is questionable (this is how feeless transactions happen)

reddit has not once been right about a coin and no VC firm has nano on its portfolio so if you are looking for longterm outlook, the "professionals" dont see it here

reddit is just looking for the next bitcoin and any arbitrary stat that can be used to spin it as a better bitcoin will be used to justfiy the fact that they dont care about adoption and only price because they are bagholding what they thought was the btc killer

just remember 1 thing... if u have to call it a btc killer, youve already lost

OK, listen. There is a thing called VWAP - moving average with volume correction. If ap irce of a asset is lower than VWAP then VWAP is a resistence of downward cahnnel. So for nano VWAP is1950 satoshi on daily charts, current price is 1937. It's bellow, so it's safe to day that it's not yet moon for nano. It's just a correction of huge sell. That is it. If you really feel a need for nano wait when it breaks VWAP

These are killer prices, and it'll probably pump at least one more time - I was able to ride the first wave up from $2, but no incentives is a real problem and I'm on the fence about jumping back on. I've read that it only takes a dozen nodes or so to keep the tx speed up, but security is still a question. Regardless, it's a good buy now, we'll see if it pumps

Two of the biggest issues with the coin:

1. Distribution. So much has been distributed for free to 3rd world ppl that they can still dump insane amounts and it's moon money for them. Add to them those early crypto guys and dev friends and family who got it practically free.

2. Network effect - It's limited to basically plebbit and a small population in the crypto space.

Now I think both could potentially be positives. It's dumped for 7 months and the haredest of any crypto so this must help distribution and getting large amounts of the hands of a lot of nano whales. If this dumps more the rest of the year, this is probably even better news long term.

The small network effect sucks but it also shows how much more it can grow. It really hasn't touched exclusive Asian exchanges, Bitfinnex, etc. And crypto probably has a lot to grow.

I find it hard to understand the animosity against Reddit here in general and especially Nano. Bitgrail was an honest mistake by Zack and others. I have yet to see a single person substantiate the claims that he got several 100K$ out of Bitgrail, when others were locked up due to KYC. Also a the rumor that it was Jewish dominated in any way is just a tinfoil hat conspiracy. The Dev team was magnificent the way they handled the Bitgrail problem and diverted all the FUD away from Nano and over to other more suitable fora after advice from their lawyer Joseph Kleiman. Stop the FUD!!

>> No.10721751

I made $1.8M on $2k investment on Nano on January 2nd.

I think I'm going to drop about $200k soon when it drops to 70 to 60 cents again due to the market.

I don't trade. I invest by studying the mechanics of each crypto, Nano is one of the few projects that isn't vapor wave. AMA.

I don't trade though. Trading is for retards who think that they can predict the market. And I already cashed out 1.8M, bought property and diversified my investments. Even if the crypto market crashes to 0 I'll still never have to work again.
