doubt it, it speaks for the market as a whole if thats the case. as much as ethereum is a playground for shitty ICOs, right now, it's the only other coin outside of bitcoin that actually has people/services dependant on it. you can't underestimate that, and that's the first step in a snowballing of developers/users much like how bitcoin slowly became what it is today.
