This. They raised 33.6 US million dollars in ETH which they probably already cashed out. This is not even counting all the REQ coins they probably have in private wallets that they cashed out on.

There's a reason why you hear horror stories of contractors not finishing up on their work when they are paid the full amount before they started their jobs--No incentive to work.
