I make shirts as a side business. Only a few are memes like “Pinochet’s helicopter tours” which is my best seller. I run on 50% margin roughly. Shirts are 19.99. I cover shipping which is $3 the shirts are $3 the vinyl is $2 and the fees are $2. I sell on Etsy amazon and eBay. Grossed 20k last year, netted 9500. Not bad for minimal effort,

It’s about 1000 to get started. Kind of worth it.

I don’t. Etsy and amazon are particularly good at search engine optimization. Someone searches a term I use in my listing or one of the tags, it pops up. You can pay for advertising on both. I tested it for a bit and it wasn’t too bad. You can set a daily budget and it brings more traffic. I have a little Facebook page that I barely touch. I’m hands off at this point but could increase sales if I pushed them. It runs itself once you get the listings up
