There was a 1:100 token swap so 1 VEN was swapped for 100 VET. Consequently, the price dropped to 1/100th of VEN, but since the supply went up 100x the market cap stayed the same.

VeChain’s down about 90% just like all the other alts. When people say it’s down 99% they’re either ignorant of the swap or just joking. That doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a good investment, but that’s the explanation for the price weirdness.
