3rd world hasnt fully caught up to the internet yet, so a small website/seo biz. Offer to build basic websites to every service provider in town and get their services properly listed on google. Your only starting expenses would be:
>Proper internet
>Three computer nerds' salaries (they dont even have to know web developing beforehand, WordPress pages are effective and easy as fuck to build)
>Three ok-ish desktops (1k each or less)
>Some office space anywhere in town
Seeing as it seems to be an entrepreneurial thing to boost the town, offering to properly usher it into 2018 sounds like an idea well worth the investment
