Somewhat. Chips are a slow business and almost like bowling that takes 2 years to cross and hit. Meaning AMD is looking good right now because of decisions from years ago. So you have a lot of safety time, like 6-12 months before INTC might hit back hard. INTC will turn things around probably but no one really knows. I personally perceive it as safe through end of year.

One problem is that cuda is so popular making their machine learning a slightly tougher sell.
