Every ball they are producing is already sold months and months in advance. The machines are old and break daily, sometimes stay down for multiple shifts. The production staff is poorly trained. The maintenance staff is me (i have no idea what i'm doing) and one 60 year old guy who hides in a room most of the day. He barely trains me. They cannot produce enough cores for the balls to keep up with demand because they do not have enough machines or people to keep up. As a fellow student (although one living in a country with far lower and more lenient student loans), I suggest that, depending on what your skills and aptitudes are, you either go into a hard STE-field (I dropped the M because medical takes too long), do econometrics (not economics), or, if you are planning to go into the humanities and social sciences, go for international relations with a rare foreign language (Russian, Arabic, Chinese). Whatever you have to do, go for academics and a lot of extracurriculars. I also advise you to study a rare foreign language anyway; even if you don't go into international relations, it will open up a lot of opportunities.

I am a wagecuck working for a very low income. I work in banking operations, the experience I gained is not transferable, not like an account or audit. Low paid, limited jobs available.
I know I am unhappy unfulfilled.
Resigned last month, about to be NEET again. My brain is telling me I made a right choice of quitting this dead ending job with no future but it always telling me that I will have no income and hr will hamper me of not having a job.
I know I don't want to be in operations but I don't know what I want, finding what kind of job I want has always been my struggle
