So after all the 2017 ICOs that were much hyped, do any actually have a... you know... working product?

It's like asking what the "killer apps" of the internet are when they were only just creating TCP/IP.
We are at the protocol stage of development. The basic building blocks. Almost none of the current applications of blockchain technology with push out the competition, but as soon as there is a base layer ecosystem including atomic swapping, true DEXes, seamless cross chain communication, trustless oracles, etc, then the things they build on top of that will be fucking mind boggling.
Now is not the time to fixate on single uses for blockchains. Look at how the entire ecosystem is developing and what that will facilitate as it matures.

https://tokengen.io/ by the Fabric Token team is brilliant, and they're working on a bigger product even though their ICO flopped (1M or sth).
Then again they were obvious non-scammers since they launched that product before the actual ICO.
There's plenty of $5MM and below ICO-s that actually did stuff, it's the big ones that exit scammed, kek

you realise nobody on planet earth is interested in dapps right? normies will still use dropbox and not fucking siacoin lmao.

the only true usecase blockchain has is cryptocurrency as a store of value, hedge against the dollar, thats btc

and as a currency for obvious reasins, thats monero.

You're basically looking at the internet in 1992, before any VoIP software was released, and saying "Nobody is going to use the internet to make a phone call when they have a phone".
No normie is going to to pick up a dApp JUST because it's decentralised. They will end up picking a dApp because it does something unequivocally better, or offers an entire new service, than existing apps. No dApps are at that stage yet, but when the developments I listed in my previous comment are the norm, then you will begin to see useful new products come into existence, or better ways of doing things.
