Today we got probably the best crypto news of 2018. So, why in the fuck are we still going down?

Because it's a bear market. In a bear market good news has almost zero effect in making the price go up. I think mostly because the bigger money is already positioned for the price to drop so they don't pump the price. Instead, they open more sells/shorts and let retail buy into them. Eventually the retail volume runs out of gas and they resume dumping.
