Anyone can fork ETH, it's opensource and anyone modify it - issue their own tokens for free. Any developer can build any Dapp on the ETH for free, but the users will have pay the gas/fees with ETH. Anyone holding ETH is just holding gas/transaction fees token.
Fair valuation for ETH without the fucking ICO scams would be around $1 - $10 depending on adoption.

EOS on the other hand is different.
To develop a Dapp, you will need to stake EOS for resources - bandwith - cpu - ram.
EOS as a token has actual value, it represents resources on the EOS platform. You can't build on the EOS platform without staking EOS.

EOS is one of the few coins that represent actualy VALUE. Don't mistake $$$ with value.
Only projects that offer REAL value will survive.
My bet is on EOS.

When you real

>> No.10531579

when you realize this.
You might understand why EOS is bound to become a $300 coin.

Yes exactly the kind of ICO scams EOS would kill for.

Yes ICO scams - Pump and Dump scams.
99% of the ICO's are cashgrabs, less then 1% will deliver a tier platform.

And you want more of them on EOS right?

Every blockchain brags about any ICOs that bother to use it instead of ETH and now we’re supposed to believe that having your blockchain used for a lot of ICOs is a bad thing? Why? Because you say so?

ETH INVENTED THE DECENTRALISED TRUSTLESS ICO. WHAT DID EOS EVER INVENT APART FROM A CLUSTERFUCK OF A BLOCKCHAIN AND RAMPANT HOLLYWOOD PEDOPHILIA?

>> No.10531776

Forcing someone to use a coin isn't a good strategy. If it had actual utility they would voluntarily use it. People will chose to not build on the closed platform rather than pump your bags.

Try harder retard.
- There are no ICO's on EOS.. all the tokens are airdropped for free for EOS holders. Devs hold 50% of the supply and the rest of the tokens are airdropped for free to all EOS holders.
- In order to develop a Dapp on the EOS you need to stake EOS. It actually cost the devs money to build dapps on the EOS platform.
This greatly reduces the amount low-tier Dapps on the EOS platform.
Launching a Dapp on the ETH is pretty much free, breeding ground for low-tier dapps that idiots like you invest in.

ETH invented the decentralized trustless ICO?
This doesn't even make sense.... Smart contract was developed by Nick szabo back in the early nineties.

Dan Larimer a pedo?
Fuck off normie.

Holochain shits on them all. KYC? So what. Crypto is not decentralized. The government knows what's going on and you have to pay taxes either way. Crypto is owned. It's taken over. Bitcoin is owned by Blockstream devs. Fuck EOS. ETH has plasma chains coming up in the future. EOS was an ERC20 token. ETH changed the game.

Get your facts straight.
I bought 4KB of ram for 1 EOS.
16Kb is more then enough to run simple EOS dapps.
Users of EOS dapps don't pay for transaction fees.

Good luck sending utility tokens to all your investors with .0005 ETH in fees.

One way to consider a blockchain project is through its market cap. Another way, closer to the real value, is observing the activity on the blockchain. Lots of FUD and HYPE are responsible for "misplaced" capital in the cryptocurrency space. Here, we are observing which project is actually being used by people, which is in our opinion, the best predictive indicator of value you can have.

value vs price.

When the market gets sick and tired of ICO's... the value / demand for ETH will plummet back to $100-200

You're right about Ether, but that's why 0xBTC was created. Now we can hold a deflationary minable asset on the chain without worrying about Vitalik crashing the price, and with Lavawallet hardly anyone will need to hold Ether to pay the gas price.

Ethereum is way ahead of ya, bubba

ERC-20 lifted ETH from a $14 coin to $1400 ATH.
Now it's hovering at $450.
Now the ICO mania is slowly fading, demand for ETH will plummet. Screencap this.

You're ahead of me? If you were ahead of me you would have been holding 20-30k EOS.

EOS is a cashcow but now it's too late. None of you noobs have done your research.
More then30 dapps on EOS were airdropping free tokens on a 1:1 scale.

Ether will never be "abandoned"; it will always be worth something due to its use as gas. Stakers will reap steady dividends as well. People just won't use it as a store of value on the network, because it was never meant to be such.
