Let's be real guys

Those of us that bought in Dec/January will never make it.

Its just a fact. We won't make it. We literally have to increase 1000% or more just to break even

Read that again. YOU HAVE TO GO UP 1000% JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK

This shits not coming back. The market will slow as it matures. The age of crazy gainz is over. At best, crypto will be like stocks, and give maybe 5-10% a year if youre lucky and not in shit coins. But overall, the vast majority of us won't make it because we just bought too damn high.

Knowing this, its like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I feel at peace now, finally accepting my fate as a scrub. I am one with my own destruction.

You're not doomed OP, what did you buy in December and January that you need to recover?

If you've continuously fucked it and kept switching coins you may not get your money back, particularly if you're not ready to learn from previous mistakes and move forward.

Just go live and work your money back and pray the bullrun saves you and you picked somewhat ok coins.

Yes im a brainlet. Yes i bought high, but atleast im in the game now after all this time. I keep DCA'ing every paycheck because i know history always repeats itself.

Moron normie brainlets in the early 90s laughed at the idea of a "world wide web". They thought it was useless for anything other than communication (email). There was no "real world use cases". Fast forward to 2018 and the largest companies in the world are all internet-tech companies, and the rest of the world's industries are all 100% reliant on the internet to function.

History DOES repeat itself. Technological advancement isn't stopping. The internet won't be the only world changing technological revolution in this life.

Be a brainlet boomer fag that got LEFT BEHIND by not investing in the internet in the 90s/00s, or have some vision and see how crypto can change the world. It will literally revolutionize every aspect of life, much like the internet has.

>> No.10530613

BAT and Cardano (ADA) are the only coins worth picking up atm since it's inevitable they will pump hard at Coinbase's exchange listing.

BAT is $0.26 and Cardano is $0.13; normies on Coinbase don't know shit about market cap and will see these 2 coins thinking they're going to be "THE NEXT BITCOIN" or whatever that they'll finally be able to buy in cheap. Look back at November 2017 when BCH got added to Coinbase, we're talking SERIOUS volume. BCH pumped from $400 to $1400 from a 6b market cap to 23b, granted, it didn't stay $1400 but it's essentially a pump and dump so as long as you're able to sell quickly after Coinbase's listing, you're looking at a 5x AT LEAST

This is 100% true, but what depresses me the most is people convinced me crazy gainz were over when BTC hit 1k and I believed them. Then I bought at 15k thinking it was gonna make it, the.ln it dies.

Fuck this gay earth.

FYI I actually think it is dead before people think I’m shilling. It’s just annoying how it wasn’t dead a year ago.

The thing about that is, it reached mainstream speculation. Right now we only have sketchy, buggy, safu asian exchanges on which to trade shitcoins. Imagine when real investors come in and start speculating on Wall Street... the ETF is the first step. Also, the dotcom was USA only... this shit we have now is global. We reaching a 10x marketcap in 500 days.

There is literally no reason that this market needs to reach $5 trillion. By your standards there should never be a crash unless the asset in question is worth $5 trillion. Dot-com =/= crypto. They are NOT the same thing.
Might I remind you it already crashed at a much lower value.

Just image when institutions become interested in beanie babies. Or companies that have no assets besides a domain and office space with valuations 20x greater than their net tangibles.
It doesn’t have to happen. You overestimate the attractiveness of crypto, institutions are not waiting for their chance to get it. It is rather unattractive. It is exposed to systemic and legal risks, is highly speculative, is bought only for appreciation, is highly volatile, is very small in general, putting an accurate value on it is guesswork at best. The value is a reflection of what “could be” not what actually is.
