Could be. Crypto is here for a reason. I see a huge shift incoming.

Thats why all these platforms are rolling out their onramps now. They know what's coming and they are getting ready.

If theres gonna be another huge recession, and the gov knows about it, then they have a responsibility to allow people to move to crypto (if crypto ends up being a safe haven, which I dont know).

Intrest hike + trade war is 100% recession.

Sell your stocks and open shorts if you want to make it

>> No.10523690

My 1 counterpoint is why would a recession happen just before midterm elections. That's political suicide. You'd think Trumps admin would keep things afloat till the votes roll in during Nov.

>then they have a responsibility to allow people to move to crypto

They will 100% try their hardest to stop crypto. The worst thing during a recession is people taking all of their money and sitting on it, since it destroys the economy (because nobody is buying it)

They want you to spend money, not squirrel it away. Crypto is the opposite of what the government wants.

I can speak for the USA only, but I'm pretty sure our new government is crypto friendly.
I think all the new populist governments are trying to find ways to use blockchain to disrupt the old order.

That's why I said soon. Acting now could save you. Reallocate your investments wisely.

You should realize that if there's recession, people will exit useless internet funbux even faster.

>> No.10523757

Nope. Crypto is worldwide. No state lines influence it. It's a natural economic safehaven.

Chinese millionaires will use it if they want to jump ship and/or hide their cash from the government since China has a law that you can only take a limited amount of money out of the country with you.

It's kind of like what they're doing with the Canadian housing market, only crypto will be their "Ooh shit" panic button.
