Hi, when installing the Skycoin wallet, some kind of dospromt looking thing start fucking around with blocks and i get redirected to a certain IP website via my browser that cointains my seed phrase.

I can't remember seeing this the last time i installed it? Is this normal, or is the wallet hacked (downloaded it on official site) and am i fucked?

this is not a website, this is the interface for the wallet. It is hosted by the wallet client on your computer.

of course always when you download the wallet you should verify the pgp signature that comes with the download. you will want to securely install gnupg and create your own keypair, download steve's pubkey and your good to go.

You might remember what happened with syscoin recently. I heard they had a malicious wallet that led to a bunch of binance accounts compromised. well publishing a signature with each wallet release like Skycoin does, is the only proper way to protect all parties involved.
