What is a brainlet to make of this hybrid blockchain? It promises to (supposedly) fuse private and public chain transactions AND base transaction prices on diversity of miner operations. Are we witnessing a solution to chinagantic mining operations, or am i reading into this too much? Please share your thoughts.
