Anyone who believes the ETF will be approved also likely believes alts will suffer immediately after the approval, so they've moved to BTC so they can buy the dip later. Anyone who believes the ETF will be denied also believes alts will suffer after the denial, so they've moved to tether or BTC (if they're not so sure) to buy the dip later. We can obviously see they've done this, looking at BTC dominance the last 3 weeks.

What this actually means is no matter what the decision on the ETF ends up being, there's no nervous money left in alts to dump them any further. It's already moved out. Which means, in fact, alts will probably perform as well as BTC or better regardless of the outcome, because 'alts will crash no matter what' has already been priced into the market. By anticipating an alt dip in the future, the market's created an alt dip in the present.

You shouldn't be waiting to buy the alt dip after the ETF. This IS the dip. You should be buying alts now.
