Bitcoin as #1 and one of maximum 5 currency coins (XMR, maybe LTC, etc) - will be worked on and made actually usable, will forever have the biggest network and use
#2 ETH - will actually function as a world computer, as I said scaling isn't an issue in tech, never was
#3 LINK obviously
#4 probably some good ETH clone or unironically REQ
#5 XMR I guess

I agree on ZIL and ETH, but you really think HOLO has a chance? i mean, it's a pretty good project and undervalued atm but i can't really see it ranked this high.

Cosmos is decent but tendermint scaling is too slow for my liking.

DAG meh

Zilliqa has first mover advantage for these next gen platforms and is also the most hyped. I don't trust Asian coins and won't buy any but won't be surprised if it does quite well.

Cosmos is an unironic internet of blockchains that can help with Ethereum scaling. Look it up. No ERC20 placeholder and sale is over sso if you want to buy you have to wait until main net.

DAG/RHOC have smart contracts built into the system. IOTA is innovative in the way Bitcoin was, but secondary smart contract layers won't cut it. Also last I checked they didn't even have an official mobile wallet? DAG will allow Norman to click a button from their mobile app and earn for participating in consensus. RHOC is just a good product but idk how willing devs will be to learn Rholang. DAG's JVM compatability will make it easy to build on.

IMO the stars are alligned for Holo. They have leftist SJW normie marketability, Silicon Valley connections, experienced team, an actual product and an active dev community.

Have you compiled their code? I have and it seems mediocre. It doesn't even function as described. I know they're working on it but it's quite poor. Also, their whole team is just full of whackos. I really don't know about HOT, seems like a scam. Like I said, I only picked some up for the memes.

Except that it won't, because Link doesn't work.

Link is a meme, everyone knows that. The problem with Link isn't the lack of tech (we all.know that it can't work) the problem is that it was born in the worst moment possible, exactly when the bubble popped, and there are a lot of reaaally heavy bagholders.
