>Promise to actually be good this time
>Get funded by venture capital money
>Become good (because you don't need to pay for anything yet)
>Achieve wider adoption
>Achieve network effect
>Begin trying to monetize with shitty ads and being evil
>Lose younger userbase
>Gain Boomer userbase
>Become bad
