Mass adoption on the network could still leave the price under $10 if there is no fomo pumping it. Users of the network will just buy enough for like a month of use or something which will get paid to node operators who sell it. I remember about a year ago I wrote up a huge guide on how to arbitrage crypto, I was making like $5k+/day at the time doing it but had recently moved on to other things instead so didn't really care about a few more people moving into the same space I had been in. Ended up reaching post limit I believe but I'd say 50%+ of the comments were people mad at me for "telling secrets" as if it was ruining the market or something - most of it was pretty obvious shit anyway (arbitrage is simplistic) but I guess since I had posted it in a step-by-step way people thought i was making it too easy? either way kinda grossed me out considering the people on biz could barely dent the volume on even a small exchange.

I suppose familiarity breeds competition, but it's strange considering how like-minded many of us are and would be served far better working together rather than fighting over scraps
