Can someone explain why people would want crypto to be stable? Volatility is where the most money is made.

Volatility is where the most money is made or lost.

If you want crypto to be anything more than a glorified gambling ponzi scheme it needs to be stable so you can actually sell stuff with it without having to adjust your prices every 3 minutes.

Because in a stable market chink scams and vaporwave would die in an horrible death while the few useful projects would dominate the market.
But you don't want this because you're all in on Ripple

Everything is a glorified ponzi scheme. Thats what makes it so fun!

Volatility and your "fun" ends as sooner or later as people realize how useless it is.

"Fake it till you make it" whether or not you think its a ponzi doesnt matter, its being adopted and more people are actually using it. I honestly think its being held back because the rich are making too much money from all this volatility
