I know it's not the right board but I need help, I'm genuinely crying now.

Me and my sister have been in a sexual relationship for about 15 years (hurrr sure degenerate, yeah we're sure worse than single mothers and other cancers), we don't know our family and aren't in contact with anyone from our childhood.
