1. they don't know or care. They care about tech. They care more about tech than money, too. Any riches are the side effect of their passion not their primary goal
2. they are happy. You can't succeed if you are stressed or unhappy
3. in their own culture bubbles, they are not betas. They are breddy cool guise changing the world
4. neither are they ugly, really, just average
your problem is one of self esteem and lack of happiness. And yes, it's difficult to fix as it's a vicious circle you are stuck in. You need validation from other people to fix your self esteem. You need to experience being loved by someone.
You need a self improvement plan, perhaps assisted by micro doses of a stimulant drug to get you off your ass
maybe try online dating, talking to women, but don't focus on getting a gf just treat it as conversation practice of which getting a gf could potentially be a side effect
